Pine Hill Builders is a Virginia corporation founded in 1986 to provide quality residential housing, additions and remodeling at reasonable, affordable prices. It is owned and operated by Steve George, a lifelong resident of Loudoun County since 1958.  In 1995, Pine Hill Builders became affiliated with North American Housing Corporation, a systems built modular home supplier.  Since then, it has been providing customers in Loudoun and nearby counties with quality custom homes.  We offer over 60 models of one story, two story, cape cod and vacation homes.  And if any of our models aren't quite to your liking,  we can design a home for you.  We can also build your home or addition using conventional stick-built construction.   In addition to homes we offer a wide variety of services including but not limited to: additions,garages, custom designed decks, finished basements, kitchen and bath remodels, as well as siding, flooring, porches etc.
